What is the contractual period?
The ONE packages are contracted for 24 months. This contractual period is what allows us to offer you more advantageous prices. If you need a shorter contractual period, you can contact us for a personalized offer.
How is payment made and what discounts exist?
Payment is made monthly or quarterly, depending on your preferences. For GROW, the rate is 1.250€ + VAT / month for monthly payment and 950€ + VAT / month for quarterly payment.
For SCALE, the rate is 3.250€ + VAT / month for monthly payment and 2.750€ + VAT / month for quarterly payment.
What is the included advertising budget?
The advertising budget is separate from the subscription and is paid directly to the platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), not to the agency. The administration rate in the package covers a budget of up to 3.000€ / month / platform on the GROW plan and up to 5.000€ / month / platform on the SCALE plan.
What happens if I want a bigger advertising budget?
For a budget that exceeds the included threshold, a modest administration fee applies above the threshold, established punctually according to needs.
Can I choose which advertising platform I use on the GROW plan?
Yes. On GROW we administer the ads on one platform of choice among Meta, Google and TikTok. The platform can be changed along the way, however only one platform remains active at a given moment.
How does the content for posts work?
Content for posts is delivered by you or created together with the agency, with the corresponding plan discount (-30% on GROW, -50% on SCALE). The exception is the SCALE plan, which includes one content session every month.
What does the content session on the SCALE plan include?
The session includes up to 8 hours of production, within the limit of 20 photos and 10 clips of 0-30 seconds edited. The rental of the GRÉGOIRE studio is included. Third-party costs are not included: locations, models, hair, makeup, styling and similar. Anything that exceeds this volume is charged additionally, with a 50% discount.
Can I add other services on top of what the package includes?
Yes. Any other agency service can be added with the corresponding plan discount: -30% on GROW and -50% on SCALE.
Can I modify the ONE package?
The ONE packages have a fixed structure and are not modified. If you need another combination of services, we can build you a package on request, adapted to the needs of your brand.
What happens with the services that I don't consume in a month?
ONE works on a subscription basis. Services not consumed in a month are not carried over to the following month and their value is not refunded.
